Cognitive Behavioural Therapy For Insomnia (CBTi)

Lane End are currently offering patients with sleep disturbances a 5-week face-to-face course of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBTi) at the practice, free of charge.

Non-urgent advice:

These sessions will run every Friday morning for 5 consecutive weeks from 7th July 2023 for 1.5 hours (10:30-12:00). It is important you can attend every session.

CBTi is recommended as the first-line treatment of both short- and long-term insomnia in adults of all ages. Around 80% of people who have had CBTi report a long-term improvement in their condition.
